When I first moved to Beirut, I would have given anything for a knowledgeable and trustworthy guide to show me around the city and help me find the ideal place to live. Many years later, it seems that I've become the local, and have taken the duty upon myself to help others find a home - even if only a temporary one - in this wonderful country!
Whether you are moving to Lebanon, or relocating within the country, I can help with all of your real estate and relocation needs.
Getting settled in Lebanon
As friendly and welcoming as the Lebanese are, this doesn't necessarily mean that getting settled in Lebanon is a piece of cake. For all those nagging questions ("How do I pay my phone bill?", "Who do I call to set up internet access?", "Where do I find a good plumber?", "Can I lease a car?", "Where's the best grocery in my neighborhood?", "Is there an all-night pharmacy?", etc.), you can count on having at least one resource just a phone call away. And don't just take my word for it: take a look at my testimonials page.
I'm Janmarie Haggar, an American who has lived in Lebanon and its vicinity for thirty years. I speak Arabic fluently and have worked with clients from all over the world and in all lines of work -- academics, journalists, business people, diplomats, NGOers, you name it! Don't hesitate to contact me by email, and let me know what you're looking for.
